Electrostatically charged powder is applied then cured in an oven to create almost endless color combinations!

Specialized ceramic coatings add a layer of hardness, UV stability, chemical resistance, thermal protection & corrosion resistance.

This is a "touchless" process that removes small amounts of material with great detail. Calipers are fixtured for precise locating and the base layer of powder is removed while simultaneously creating a mask for the new text and/or logo.

All work performed in-house so we can ensure the highest quality results

New service available! Crossover tube manufacturing! Thanks to our in-house design and engineering capabilities, we’ve been developing fixturing to remake damaged or broken crossover tubes. It’s a slow process, but in time everything will get faster and allow us to keep inventory of common crossover tubes. This is just a teaser for the preliminary fixture design, precision fixtures will follow.
